3 individuals, an artist, a pianist and a composer, work together to
create a "cross-art" performance hybrid, in which a painting is created
"live" on stage by the artist as he/she responds and affects the music
improvised by the pianist, guided (via headphones) by the composer who
controls the structure of the extemporization. The collaboration
currently consists of Michael Prim (the artist), Anatoly Larkin (the pianist), and John Starosta (the composer). Go back to Collaborative Projects |
